S. Adrian WaltersFirst of all, I would like to extend my professionalism to the owner of this facility. On 01/27/2017, upon entering the wash house, I asked the attendant- an older black lady with a tattoo on her neck for change and she replied this is the last time, "I responded last time for what" she said, giving you change. Politely, I reassured her-this is the first time I asked. When I specified how I want my change, rudely she responded U give you what I want. Then she cursed me saying I'm wasting more washing powder on the machine and floor; than in the washer. I intelligently dealt with her ignorance openly. Afterward, a Mexican gentleman walked up to me and alluded that she spoke harshly to his family. So, she refused to give me manager number, however, there's no substitute for ignorance!
Do not drop off anything at this place because it will not be washed. On April 3, 2014 around four o'clock I dropped off my king size comforter to be wash and dried. I got back from my class around 7:10 that evening went in picked up my comforter and I promise you it was just as how I brought it in. Than I'm told "if you didn't say use bleach, than we don't use bleach." First of all this was my first time at this place I don't know ya'll policy, secondly ya'll took my $18.00 and did not try to fix the issue. She knew that my comforter wasn't clean, third what kind of detergent did they use (NONE). I brought my comforter home and put it in my standard washer and washed it with some Gain and Clorox and my comforter is clean and smells clean. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO WASH YOUR OWN THINGS. I GOT RIPPED OFF; I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $18.00. I WISH I KNEW THE OWNER'S NAME, SO THAT I COULD AT LEAST REPORT THIS.NEVER RETURNING CUSTOMER/EVEN IF IT'S FREE
