True Grits Steakhouse

Twice we've driven 2 hours (and over the Rockies) for a True Grits filet mignon. Twice we were amazed at the perfection. They start with a world class steak, and get it cooked slightly charred on the outside, and warm-to-hot on the inside (medium rare). And you'll find no better baked potato anywhere. There were eight of us, all totally impressed. Price is acceptable, and wine is plentyful and appropriately priced. Five star does not describe True Grits. Harris & Karen Bynum, Pagosa Springs, CO.
