Thai Hut

I don’t think that I have ever been to a worse Asian restaurant. I was visiting Alamosa for a train ride and was looking for a place to eat and came across this establishment. The food was horrible. The rice in the sushi had no texture. It was as though as it had been pounded and then rolled. The sushi was rubbery and the cucumbers were not crunchy as they should have been if the cucumbers were fresh. The Thai curry was pasty and did not have much flavor. Ok maybe Chinese was their forte. Not so much even the Chinese food was bad. The Chinese woman that was working the tables was eating food from a fast food restaurant. I guess that should have been a sign that the food was not good.
