A Greer Roofing

Greer Roofing bought ruby fluid soldering flux from SlateRoofWarehouse.com on February 25, 2011, using a credit card. Then after receiving the merchandise, they issued a chargeback request via their credit card company and got their money back. We have called them and contacted them via email for 5 months now to get payment for the merchandise and they won't answer the phone or return our calls or emails. A word to the wise: does this sound like these are honest business people? We have been in business for years and sometimes chargebacks are accidental. People don't remember making the purchase when they get their credit card statement, and, rather than call the company to verify it, they call their credit card company and issue a chargeback request, which is a big pain for us because we have to charge them again to get our money. This is the only company that won't cooperate. I would NOT do business with them in any way whatsoever.
