This company will not respond to any requests for information regarding your order. They lost my order. It was "fulfilled" and given a tracking number but never taken to facility. Sat in Texas for 6 weeks. I emailed as their web site directed in order to get a response as to where my order is but after 6 emails they still didn't respond. Do not purchase from them. Too many other good websites.
yeah I didn't get my merchandise either cost me hard earned money very disappointed and cant get in touch with them. I guess I got tookI also have been hacked in my bank acct now im wondering if this company had something to do with it since it happened after I paid them .
Business is a fraud! They will take your money and not deliver. Please see their Facebook page and all the people who were screwed over!
I paid a visit to this shop during July for some supplies I needed. I went back in October to have a reading done. I don't do many reviews on restaurants or shops however I feel the need to review La Caridad. This shop is in the perfect location in San Antonio. It is set up in a boutique area so the shop itself is set up as a boutique something I loved the first time I visited. Monica who runs the front of the store is so friendly and helpful you feel no uncomfortness or pressure while here. I had my reading done by their shops Babalawo. Now being familiar with the religion I expected my reading to be done by a Santero/a or a Spiritualist never in a million years did I think I would get a reading from a Babalawo. It was a truly remarkable experience. I have visited a few shops in San Antonio for supply but none have made me feel at home or as comfortable as La Caridad.
Really cute stuff for all around fiesta. Super good service and great price on the mens guayaberas compared to other places around town. My husband bought three shirts and is very satisfied with them. OOHHHHH and i finally found mexican pure vanilla!!!! :) super excited
First of all, the store salespeople are SNOBS! They didn't greet us but they did notice us upon our entrance! The "please hold your child's hand at all times" sign on the door is, to me, a bit rude. As a parent, it's only common sense to make sure you're holding your child's had at all time while in a store like this. There's a "Do Not Sit" sign on a chair... ON A CHAIR... Chairs: For to sit! For crying out loud, IT'S A CHAIR!! Unfortunately it was a chair that I really really loved, but how am I supposed to find out if its comfy enough for me to buy if there's a "Do Not Sit" sign on the bloody chair!!!!There were three men who entered the store the same time we did and the sales girl was EXTREMELY rude and attitude-y to them. It was disgusting. The manager on site didn't greet anyone and didn't even ask if anyone needed any help. I was so disappointed in the overall manners of the ladies who work there! This store is obviously NOT child friendly and they make it a point of telling you so by posting that stupid sign on their door and by adding "Do Not Sit" on a stinkin' chair!Maybe if I had worn my best designer jeans, shoes, sunglasses and strapped on my Chanel handbag, they might have been nicer to me! Who knows?!? But I will NEVER spend any of my hard-earned money at this snob-shack!
