IT WAS REDICULOUS FOR US TO LEARN THAT THE STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO SELL INDIVIDUAL STRIPS BUT INSTEAD MUST SELL THEM WITHIN THE DENOMINATIONS STATED ON THE MENU. WE HAD TO ORDER SIX STRIPS AT A HIGHER PRICE FOR A CHILD THAT WOULD ONLY EAT FOUR. KFC IS THE ONLY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN TOWN THAT WILL NOT ADD (I.E., COST OUT) A SINGLE CHICKEN STRIP TO SATSIFY A CUSTOMER ORDER. THEY CERTAINLY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO DO SO, AND IF THE COMPETITION IN SAN ANTONIO IS ALLOWING THIS (MEANING IT STILL MUST BE PROFITABLE), THEN THE ONLY ANSWER IS KFC IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS BY EMPLOYING FORCE-UP SALES TACTICS . I MAY GO BACK TO KFC IN ABOUT FOUR OR SIX MONTHS; HOWEVER, IF THIS SERVICE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO FEED MY FAMILY AGAIN. GREED DOES HAVE ITS DRAW BACKS.UPDATE: UNPRECEDENTED FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL BY STORE MANAGER WITHIN ONE HOUR OF COMPLAINT ON KFC WEBSITE!!!I received a follow-up phone call by the store manager (Vernon) after I stated my complaint on the KFC corporate website. This is an unprecidented lightening quick follow-up for any retailer, much less a fast food chain. Vernon stated he has been managing this location for only four days now and said the information I received about KFC not being able to sell (cost out) one chicken strip was inaccurate. He vowed to make the corrections amongst the staff. BECAUSE HE WAS A+++ ON HIS FOLLOW-UP AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE PROCESS, I CHANGED MY ORIGINAL RATING FROM ONE STAR TO FOUR STARS. We have been going there for a couple of months since moving to the area. We have had nothing but great experiences each time we have been there. The food is delicious, fresh and hot. Service is always accurate, fast and friendly. What more could you ask for? I have noticed there are many, many customers coming in to pick up food and there are usually several people eating in-restaurant and seem to be enjoying their food. They are always busy right up to closing time every night, especially on weekends. We are looking forward to a new Panda Express opening in our town so we don't have to drive so far to enjoy some great food. I wouldn't change a thing except to add a drive-thru - probably impossible to do where it is located.
Check your order before you leave the drive thru because they probably didn't get it right. Ordered an apple chicken pecan salad. They are great if everything is there but when they leave out the pecans, blue cheese and give you the wrong dressing, they're not nearly as good. I understand restaurants sometimes run out of things but at least TELL YOUR CUSTOMER they are not getting what they ordered and give them the option of ordering something else. Also, don't waste your time sending a complaint to home office because you will only get a message saying they will get back to you in two or three days and you will never hear another word. P.S. My two star rating was generous.
I ordered an 8 piece bucket for my parents and I and got everything I asked for. Everything looked and tasted good. I also ordered a three piece meal for my boyfriend. When he opened it up, the chicken pieces (2 drumsticks & 1 thigh) we almost mistook it for pretend doll food. He said that it tasted like it was fried in old oil. I felt so bad for him. The bucket of chicken was fine. I felt like I had been ganked.
Just tried In and Out. Fries appeared under cooked, but good quantity of fries. Hamburger size smaller than compeditors . Hamburger tasted good. Long line for drive thru. Friendly customer service. No flashy presentation of food. I was expecting a higher quality burger. Not at in and out. If you want basic In and Out is your place.
I always thought of McDonalds as the “premier” fast food restaurant.But, more often than not I get slow service and inaccurate orders.This particular store is no exception. The customer service and food was average.I will not go back.

I love Whataburger but not this particular restaurant.I received a couple issues with my orders that is almost unheard from other Whataburger restaurants.I even got a malt once that tasted rotten. I will not go back.
We have been a few times to this location. Our first impression wasn't so great. The young man behind the counter was not very welcoming and seemed annoyed. The food was good enough for us to return.
