Poor customer service and poor employee training. I called four times in the same day and requested to be transferred to the Electronics dept. Twice the employee who answered the phone cut me off. Twice I was transferred to other departments who could not help me and knew nothing about the product I needed. One tried to transfer me and cut me off. The other just said I know nothing about that product and hung up. I was so upset I went to the Target Corparate Web Site and used their CONTACT section to send an email to the corporated web site. (GuestRelations@target.com) and it was returned as undeliverable to that address. Sounds to me like corporate does not care either. This is exactly why I rarely go in Target and when I do it is usually because the person I am with wanted to stop there. Boo Boo.... You missed a two hundred dollar sale if you had the advertised items in stock because of this poor service.
