I had my 2010 America serviced by them in December of 2014, which included replacing the steering head bearing and the fork springs. When they returned it to me it seemed like the front end was unstable during my ride back to Cleveland. While checking it over I noticed the right top fork clamp bolt was sticking half way out of the hole. The left top fork clamp bolt was also found to not have been tightened down at all. I had to check the torque on everything they serviced just so I could have peace of mind that their shoddy work wasn't going to kill or maim me on my next ride. The labor on the front end alone was close to $500.00, and the total bill nearly $2,100.00, and I asked for a refund of $150.00, which they refused. They did offer a credit towards future service, which is the same as offering nothing since I was not going to let them work on my bike again. They did not seem to care at all that they were losing a customer or that the mechanic had failed to complete the work properly.
