Charisma was so professional and went above and beyond to help me find a U-Haul that was open on Sun. She helped me book a rental and gave me all the information I needed. Terrible experience. There is a call center who takes the reservations. You are not talking to anyone at the location. After triple checking that they could add a trailer hitch Friday afternoon, I arrived to find out they made my appointment for Monday at noon. After more false information (they called you - no!, come tomorrow and we can do it - not) I ended up cancelling. I'll find someone more reputable.
Rented a truck for a funeral, returned it late, as things happen during periods of berevement. I returned the truck, and the worker was so rude and abrasive to me. He was rude with a bad attitude, and found later he was the manager. I will never rent there again. I can live without the hassle.
