In the final decades of his practice, Don served as national counsel for several corporations for cases involving alleged exposures to asbestos and chemicals. Employment Contract

In 2011, Ms. Yoder returned to the Akron area and joined HCP where she practices in our litigation and medical malpractice groups. Mr. Chlysta is an HCP partner who counsels insurance carriers on coverage and liability-defense matters. Thereafter, she began volunteering as a mediator for the Akron Municipal Court, small claims division, where she still volunteers to this day. This allows Ms. Nagy to give back to and aid those in her community by helping them come to a fair and agreeable solution to various problems, such as landlord-tenant disputes, breaches of contracts, and debt collection.
