Once I decided on the tile she was able to get the tile ready to go and also suggested options for me. I will suggest to others First Flooring and also to see if they can work with Pat.
We purchased tile and supplies for a bathroom renovation. We shopped several times and had several ideas in mind. We worked with M and she was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice and guidance. Our project is nearly finished and coming together very nicely. We have a few other areas we plan to do in the house and First Flooring will be our only choice thanks to their selection, expertise and patience!
My Grandparents and Parents both shopped there. Now I do, the best place to find quality flooring in Akron at a good price. They have so much to choose from, it can get overwhelming if it wasn't for their designers that always help me coordinate my colors. Pat did a wonderful job on mine. I would't go anywhere else.
I have been buying from First Flooring for years, their service is excellent and they take care of their customers. Their price is very competitive with the box stores but they load the tile for you into your truck. They have the largest selection of flooring products I have ever seen. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
I saved thousands. Purchased tile for both of my bathrooms. Largest selection of tile I've ever seen.
THEY WILL NOT RETURN SPECIAL ORDERS. Made a mistake on ordering and they will only give 50% of my money back.

First Flooring and Tile always makes every attempt to assist our customers to return products when possible. Unfortunately some SPECIAL ORDER products cannot be returned. This customer ordered product that the manufacturer WOULD NOT accept the return. We tried to offer them some assistance in credits and discounts ourselves but they refused and chose to deal direct with the manufacturer, who again confirmed IN WRITING to us they would not accept their return. We would still be happy to offer them assistance in this order if they want it.
