        poor customer service

        Very dissappointed in customer service here. Called for a quick verification of an estimate I got last fall to be done now and I was told that they were to busy. Wow really, to busy to take 5 minutes and talk to a customer? I guess if they are that busy then losing me as a cusyomer won't bea problem.

        This customer contacted our business during the week before Memorial Day Holiday. We had several appointments on the calendar already and several customers in our business. I explained to him that it would be after the holiday before we would be able to make him an appointment. And he was upset that we would not look at his motor today.
