A Nex 2 New Appliance

These people are horrible. Bought a washer it was broke. They couldn't fix it so I was promised a replacement. Received a replacement a month later!!!! And....... It doesn't work. Asked for a refund and they avoided me. They were supposed to come look at it last night and never showed. If I don't get my refund I am taking them to small claims court! Stay away!

this business deserves NO STARS !! i spent over 600.00 on 3 appliances here. my refrigerator has broken twice, i was given a 90 day warranty, they asked me to prove it, REALLY !!! There SERVICE FOR THEIR WARRANTY IS TERRIBLE !! they say they call and they dont, they say there were at house to fix and they werent. NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY AT ALL DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!

These guys are the worst. First they'll put hidden charges on you. Then they won't deliver when they promise. When they finally delivered they ripped up my walls putting it in. Then they left the refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen saying they wouldn't put it into place. When they left it was missing a shelving piece. A complete and total nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

The return policy is that All Sales are final. I purchased a drier and went to the parking lot to find out from my wife that my son had a drier in storage that I could use. The company was to deliver their drier to me the next day. I went back in to the store and explained this to the owner and asked if he would void the sale since I had not even left the property and had not yet received delivery. He explained that he could not reverse the VISA credit charge. I explained that he most certainly could if he chose to do so. He reluctantly agreed but said that he could not do it at that minute and would get to it later. That was five days ago and the charge is still on my account. I may have to put this charge in dispute if he does not do as agreed. In addition, I gave him my old dryer so that he could repair it and resell it. This was done free of charge to him.
