Bought a Sony laptop off Dan, bought the laptop to play a game that literally had minimum requirements of a PC 10 years ago, the laptop wouldn't open Origin. Dan did assist me the day of purchase, but refused to answer back the next day. His warranties on his laptop are only good if HE finds something wrong with it, not if there actually is something wrong with it. Origin opens up and runs well on 2 of our Macs and 2 of our PC's, one being another Sony i bought off ebay for half the price he charged me. Apparently it's a software problem if it won't open on his computer, but will on every other machine. After I contacted him when i found out it was indeed a hardware problem with the computer he sold me, he continued to try and tell me it was software related and then called me a c*ck sucker. And I've been working on computers for 5 years now, its a faulty computer, Dan doesn't stick behind his work.
