Made a deal on a 2015 gmc 2500 hd that was initially overpriced by thousands of dollars. Received an email at 10:30 am that my offer of 5000 dollars less than asking was accepted. I tried to contact my salesman John Winkler 3 times throughout the day to put a deposit down on said truck with no return phone call. Finally at 4:30 pm I emailed the sales manage Mike Hrabovsky to get things rolling for me since I couldn't get a hold of my salesman for some reason. I then received an email telling me that the truck had been sold that afternoon. But then what do you expect from a used car salesman? Scumbags

This car dealership is a giant scam. Do not waste your time or your money with these people. Any vehicle purchase hear from them will guarantee break down within a week of purchasing it. They read all of their vehicles to just barely make it off of the lot. I look forward to seeing them in court when I go over there dealership license and all other documentation.
Nice professional young men working. Very understanding and willing to work with me on my situation during such a hard time in my life. Will be referring to my friends and family!!
Very nice people. Will recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle for a great price. They have a cute dog too!
I bought a 2015 hyundai accent from Zombie John's and I couldn't be any happier with the way I was treated. They know how to listen and gave me exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price!
They sell cars that do not run once they leave the lot and then give you the runaround about talking to ownership to make amends.
DON'T GO THERE!!!They are shady dealers. They buy junk cars from Auto auctions that look good. They never fix the cars up before they sell them. Once you pull off the lot its your problem. they sell them like new and if you have a warranty they will destroy to the paperwork and tell you it was sold AS IS. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office fir Akron Auto Dealrrs Association before they agreed to lower the price of the car and get the replacement parts. The guy lowered the price and refuses to get the replacement parts. The guy raised the price cause it supposedly had a rebuilt transmission. I found out that the transmission was never touched. The car had a GPS tracker on it that shut the truck down until I could get it removed. The dealer refused to do anything because he didnt put it on and he claims he didnt know where it came from. He's a liar and will do anything to get you out of his office then refuse to uphold any thing he has agreed to later. I had to replace the following since 5/17/17 auto transmission switch cable bushing, neutral safety switch, brakes (r/f), brake rotors (r/f), tie rod ends (front outer), ball joints (front upper), battery replacement, Fuel pump, fuel tank pressure sensor connector, starter/ solenoid, Wheel hub bearings, drive shaft, 4wd front differential, power steering line, fuel lines, oil pan gasket seals, 5 tires.
The owner Tony is a complete scam artist.... he disclosed my personal information (cell number and address) too a female that wasn't a quaintned to my car contract... smh I contacted local law enforcement regarding the situation... later down the line I legally ceased the car contract due to Tony's unprofessionalism and extreme threatening demeanor!!!!! DONT TRUST THIS GUY HE IS A SCAMMER AND THUG
I bought a car from this place Labor Day 2016. I know the owner, he also owns Rico's in Brimfield & Scoreboard/Club Energy in Akron. I had the car 9 months, put 10k miles on it. Then the radiator leaked coolant into the transmission and transmission fluid into the radiator. I never thought someone who knows I spend a lot of money in their other businesses would sell me a piece of crap.
Bought a car and it was a fantastic experience, no pressure, great car! Have less than perfect credit and they got everything done with no issues.
