I would like to know why you charge your customers to use the change machine in your bank. I have both a checking and savings account at the Silver Bluff location. I moved here from Illinois and my bank there did not charge their customers. Only charged non-customers so I was not happy when I had to pay to use this machine. If it is owned by the bank it has been paid for many times over. Would like an answer since it seems like you really don't care about giving your customers a break on anything but you are using their money to make you money. Diffinitely not right. I await your answer
My husband and I went to this branch to open joint accounts. The first lady we had contact with could not bother and was eating when she told us to come into her office. We left soon after because we had to retrieve a document for proof of address from our house. When we returned another lady helped us. She was rude and condescending. We were told each of us needed to open a savings account which was not making sense because we wanted to open joint savings and checking accounts. Instead of being polite and explaining SRP's policies she was short with us and rude. We do not plan to ever use SRP Credit Union due to the poor service we received.
