My 1999 CR-V tangled with a Ford F110 truck - and lost. Of course, I needed new wheels, preferably another CR-V, newer than 1999, and low mileage. My son (who lives in Columbia, SC) immediately got busy looking for the perfect car for me (who lives in Greensboro, NC). My son had heard about the Master Dealership, went down and found on their used car lot the perfect vehicle, exactly what I wanted. Completing the purchase transaction required many phone calls between me and my son, my son and George Lyles, our Salesman, me and George. Now, George is a remarkable employee of Master Chevrolet Cadillac, He's friendly, competent, knowledeable, patient, concerned - I can't think of enough positive adjectives . In fact, everyone I worked with from the dealership exhibited those same qualities. If I ever have need of another automobile, I would gladly make the trip to Aiken to work with Master. They went above and beyond to make this transaction as pleasant as possible. And I love my car!!
Shopping on line for a new vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Jason Francis with Master Chevrolet in Aiken, South Carolina. Jason was friendly and really concerned that my sister and I find the best car and deal available to us. David Scott and the finance department were easy to work with and I feel like they worked diligently to earn my business. They were able to beat the finance deal that I had gotten from my personal bank which I though would be nearly impossible. David spent a few hours with me on Friday and followed up that evening with some questions that I had. I called on Saturday morning and told him to do the paperwork because I was coming to get the truck. I had looked around for about 6 months before purchasing to make sure that I got the best deal. I have always driven Toyotas, so this will be a change for me. I look forward to driving my new truck in the future!
Walked in turned keys over to service manager. He asked if we were to wait or come back. We stated come back later and he took our phone number and stated he'd call us when it was ready. Also informed us they were very busy and it would be close to two hours. We departed on our errands and received a phone call in about an hour and a half. We finished and went to pick up our car... Everything went well! I usually wait and most of the time I'm in and out in a flash... If I have to wait a little while I get to drink free coffee or I sometimes purchase a soda which is priced well below normal vending machine prices...
This service was for a recall on the lift gate of my 2011 GMC Acadia. Justin, signed me in, got the recall work taken care of and called me within 45 minutes. This service department at Master's Chevrolet Cadillac is an exemplary department. I trust Justin and the other service staff members take care of my vehicle in a caring and professional manner. It is quite apparent that "Customer Service" is the number one goal of this department!! Nothing but A++ for this service department. The owner of this dealership should be proud to have the staff of this department working for him.
We have been going to Masters for a few years now every since Brenden moved up there from the Fort Gordon area. It is a pain to drive that far, but the service we get is worth it. We have purchased a vehicle from there as well. We had issues with the used vehicle, but the whole team has really gone above expectation in treating us fairly in getting the issue resolved. Where others would have just said its out of warranty, they did the right thing without question. They even coordinated a wiper motor repair with a dealer in FL while my wife was down there on a road trip.
Salesman(Joe Mills) was very knowledgeable about any car or truck we had a question about. He answered all questions to our satisfaction. Since we had not purchased a new vehicle in about 10 years he patiently explained how everything in the vehicle worked. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who was interested in purchasing a vehicle. It was obvious that everyone from manager to service department had one goal in mind - making sure the customer was satisfied. Excellent experience!!
I just had an oil change. The service was good, the price was higher than I have paid at another dealership. The gentleman who checked me in did find a $2 coupon, but the cost was still about $10+ more. Since this was my first and only visit I would hesitate giving a recommendation. I would need to have more information regarding other types of services before recommending your company. He also did an excellent job explaining the cost of tires and what was found during the 10 pt inspection.
Adam Rodriguez was very professional and knowledgeable of the SRX. He took the extra time to go over each and every feature of the vehicle and even showed us how to use the ONStar remote app. Both he and the finance team made it possible for us to purchase our SRX. As we are a repeat customer, we look forward to working again in the future with this wonderful team.
