They have skipped our house twice in the past 2 months. We are well paying customers who roll our can down the night before. My husband was outright waving at the driver of the truck this morning and they pulled right out of the neighborhood... Terrible service!!!

I own a local business and their "driver" has on numerous occasions not serviced our location by stating it was our fault that the dumpster was blocked. I had to pay full amount with no discount. December 9 & 15, 2015 the driver did the same and our garbage was overflowing on the ground. In spite of repeated calls they would not come back nor credit the account. I demanded that the dumpster be removed from the premises and I hired another agency. It is January 2016 and they refuse to get the dumpster and sent me a certified letter stating I owe them till June of 2020. THEY ARE NUTS!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR! HORRIBLE, Refused to tell me who owns the business and the Manager won't call me back. they keep referring me to Valeria who is never in the office. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IS MY SUGGESTION!!
Tina, I'm sorry you had this experience. Our policy states the container must be accessible to our truck on your service day. If it's not the driver must move on to his next customer. I'm sure you understand we have other customers that have to be serviced so we can't send trucks back when the container was blocked to begin with. If we are back in the area before your next service day the driver will always check to see if he can get it then. Thank you.
The customer service at this place is laughable. There is none. We used to have Curry Sanitation and they were much better. If I had a choice I would go back to Curry, but Tyler bought them out. I gave a one star rating because I had to, they don't deserve even that!

I had Tyler's Sanitation service for 6+ years. They decided that unless I purchased a second can from them they would be terminating my service. This was all due to a bag being placed by the trash can every now and then. I see now I should have just left the lid open and kept shoving bags in instead of making it so the lid would close.
It sounds like there was some miscommunication. Your service includes us emptying one roll cart that we provide you. A bag here and there outside of the container is okay! If it's typical to have much more than what the roll cart holds we will ask that you pay for two roll carts. Please call us with any additional questions.
I called a number of times that trash had been left in refuse container. I even wrote my complaint on the back of mt payment card. The service has gotten worse over the years...I had been a customer sine 1987. Last pickup they left over half the trash in container. There wasn't much trash to begin with and they still leave trash behind. Not acceptable! I have therefore cancelled my service.
I'm so sorry you had this experience. It's not typical for trash to be left in the container since we use a cart dumper on the truck. Would you give us another chance? We'd love to earn your business back.
I have been using this company for 6 1/2 years for residential services. I feel they have gone above and beyond any time we have had an issue. A couple of times the trash can was placed too close to our drive causing my husband to back into it or scrape it with the side of his suburban (we have a short can, so it is hard to see) and they were more than happy to make sure it was sitting where we wanted it every time since then. The fees are more than reasonable. We also have had many holidays and birthdays when we had boxes piled next to the can and they removed it every time. I am extremely satisfied with their service.
On a side note, I do wish they would get with the times and do an automatic monthly draft instead of sending those pesky little postcards--easy to lose. They are the only bill I have to write a check for anymore! In any case, if that is the worst "problem," they are doing pretty good!
Customer service is high on our priorities. We are only responsible for the trash in the cans. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers. Any complaints call the owner of the company . Any trash that is torn up from a aminal getting into the trash we are not responsible for , per the owner. Also, per the owner , we are not allowed to go into a customers yard to retrieve trash cans not out at the curb for pick up. If the customer is on a R & R list we can come into the yard. But that goes through the company.
Can you beleive that the people who you PAY to pick up your trash will not even bend over to pick up trash that was on the outside of the can??? Looks like an animal got into the can during the night and pulled a few items out of the can. They left it!!! How pathethic that they are paid to dispose of your trash and would not even go the extra step to pick up the trash that was on the ground. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Tylers Sanatation is the WORST. BTW, make sure you dont forget to pull the can down to the road.... they will not pull it down for you will have to wait an additional week for another pick up! UGH

I am a little behind on my payment-I am paying when I can and all, just sent a check a couple weeks agao but they still didn't pick up my trash. I am really having it rough cause I am not employed and husband is on disability.
I wish I could pay on internet. I lost my check books and so now gotta get someone to write it for me so that I can send in a payment. another payment is in the bank. Meanwhile please get my trash...you know I am good for the payments, when I get it to you..
