        Usually the service is basical...

        There was one time when my husband walked in. One stylist was busy, two others were doing nothing. The two who were doing nothing said that they did not feel like cutting his hair. They wanted him to wait for the already-busy stylist to do it. He left. We have been there other times and the service was basically polite.
