        Overall

        The manager of this place is totally incompetant, a liar and has no clew what she's doing. At least the previous manager was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

        Poor Customer Service

        4 CSR's on duty, two in the back on break with min. 30 minute wait time. And they were not courteous in any way. In fact the experience was uncomfortable.
