Very Very Bad Service!!!! We waited over 30 minutes!!!! The server has looked over at our table and walked right on by.
Best filet I've EVER had!! Quaint atmosphere inside, relaxed atmosphere outside and wonderful service! Great for a girls night out, a birthday dinner celebration or a romantic date night! Can't wait to go back!!
Most Ruby Tuesday restaurants, from our experience, seem to vary. One day the food might be excellent, with poor service...or service might be good, with not-so-good food...or both might be great or terrible. That is basically what can be said about this location on Whiskey Road. It is typical for Ruby Tuesday. A decent place to go once in a while. I will note that the silverware is often dirty, so I suggest asking for plastic utensils.
mediocre food, pretty bad service.
great food and I feel at. home great service
love great food clean always and good service
Terrible bar service. My wife and I sat down and the bartender completely ignored us until his boss pointed out we hadn't been helped yet. Then, at the suggestion of the sign out front, I ordered a margarita "on the rock, no salt". The guy brought me a half-empty mug (salted) of margarita with no ice. They fixed the order but all I could taste was sugary margarita mix. My wife's wine wasn't any better. We left and went down the street to Outback and had a great meal. I will never go to that Chili's again.
The hostess was very pleasant and friendly. The server was friendly enough, when she bothered to come by, that is. It was at least 10 or 15 minutes after we received our entrees that she came by to check on it. I had wanted extra parmesan cheese for my pasta, but by the time she came back it was pointless. Our drinks remained empty for a while. The food itself was not bad but not great either. my boyfriend who ordered his steak Med rare had medium. my chicken brocolli Alfredo pasta barely had any chicken and the Alfredo sauce was at best mediocre. it was not worth the 35 dollars we paid for it.
