OMG!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!! YES, IT'S TRUE, THE JAPANESE LADY WITH THE FAKE BLONDE HAIR WHO SITS IN THE FRONT AND IS NO MORE THAN A RECEPTIONIST IS VERY RUDE!!!! SHE HAS A CLIPBOARD FOR SIGNING IN ON THE COUNTER BUT WHEN YOU GO TO SIGN IN SHE RUDELY BARKS ""NO NEED SIGN IN"". WHY THE HECK IS THERE A SIGN IN CLIPBOARD OUT ON THE COUNTER THEN??? SHE IS NEVER NICE ON THE PHONE EITHER. ONCE I CALLED FOR ADVICE FROM DR. FUJITA AND INSTEAD OF HAVING HIM CALL ME BACK SHE INSTEAD WAS GIVING ME INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO AND WHAT SYMPTOMS TO EXPECT, NOT TO MENTION IN THE MOST IRRITATED VOICE EVER. I DO NOT TAKE MEDICAL ADVICE FROM A FRONT OFFICE PERSON WHO NEVER IN HER LIFE WENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL. HOW IS SHE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOUD DO??? BOTTOM LINE IS MY INSURANCE IS PAYING YOU AND GIVING YOU JOB SECURITY SO BE A LITTLE MORE COMPASSIONATE AND TRY GREETING YOUR PATIENT'S WITH A SMILE. IT WORKS, BELIEVE ME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THE MEDICAL FIELD FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND MY PATIENT'S LOVE ME! :o)
ON THE OTHER HAND, DR. FUJIT HAS EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER AND IS A GREAT DOCTOR. TO BAD THE FRONT OFFICE SUCKS!!!

Dr. Fujita is a great guy but I only created this account to talk about how RUDE one of the receptionists is!
She doesn't even give out her name when I call her. She's probably afraid to hear bad reviews using her name.
She's probably the blonde one. But anyway, I just asked to change my appointment date from next week to a day sooner this week. She had the NERVE to ask, ""So...why did you schedule it for next week?"" In the most annoyed-sounding voice EVER. I replied with my true excuse...that a few months ago, I called in for my 3-month checkup. But I wanted an earlier date to renew a prescription of mine. THEY were actually the ones who scheduled me on that day.
Never in my life have I been so reluctant to call in for an appointment of any doctor. This receptionist SHOULD BE FIRED for causing patient distress and most of all, making poor Dr. Fujita lose his patients.
Might I mention that even a couple years ago, my mother called in to give me my first appointment with them. The receptionist seemed to give my mother attitude, and my mom being the manager of one of the biggest military stores in the USA of course replied with the same defiant voice because we should treat others the same way they treat us, right? (This receptionist has been like this for years apparently!)
I do hope Dr. Fujita sees this.
