Decor looks good. Food was not fresh when we got there. it tested like it had been sitting there for a while. When we asked to leave because we didn't like the food, the manager made a remark that she has 300 clients that don't complain. The manager told us we have pay for one of the meal even thought we didn't eat anything. she even told us that we might as well eat the food because she is going to charge us anyway. I didn't understand what she was implying.

love the food

Dress code there was nothing too revealing, such as tanktops and etc. Kinda was mad about that. Plus they made me sit and the table while my feiends got me food..... embarrassing and this made me mad

My Happy Place

Tokyo One made me feel like I was sitting in an authentic Japanese restaurant. The foods and services were great. Not to mention, there were plenty of selections on the buffet line. I am impress with the overall qualities and made this place my frequent dine out. Family and friends were satisfied with my referral. Give this place a try and see it for yourself.

Good sushi - Good selection

Moderately priced (around $25/person). The food selection is pretty good. There were other choices for people who didn't want sushi and their dessert selection was moderate. The food itself was tasty. Just FYI, be careful with the bowl of wasabi it can be pretty strong. I enjoyed it, wished the atmosphere was a bit better though.

Overall
sizzle no steak

cleanliness is a virtue and seems to be missing from here; average food, lingering warmed-over buffet items

Manager loves roaches

Worst experience of my life having lunch at Tokyo One, there was a cockroach on our table , we called the waitress and she killed it on out table and wiped it off with the napkin. We got hold of the manger and told her what happened and she was "Cockroaches are every where even in my house " and then I said how would you like it if it was on your table with your chopsticks and fork sitting right next to it and she said "it's ok". I am never going to the restaurant again although the food was good but when the manager is comfortable with roaches, we can imagine how the kitchen feels too. The waitress gave us the same 10% discount. We even tipped em. I called the health department and left a complain with them I think you should do it too.

Great Sushi

This place is so good. All the sushi you can eat, and where can you get that? Great priced buffet. Must go.

10% VIP Card

My Husband and I went to dinner one night. He got some salad from the buffet area, as he was eating it I notice something on his plate and thought it was a raisin...and it happened to be a small roach. We were so disgusted. We are nice people and we didn't make a scene or anything. The waiter gave us a 10% VIP discount card...can you believe that! We just paid our tab with a tip and left quietly. Weve never been back since. I still have the 10% VIP discount card if anyone is interested to have roaches for dinner.

Great Japanese Food

We have eaten at Tokyo One many times. The food is fresh and that is the best thing you could ask for with sushi. The dinner is worth the extra money. They have a much larger selection at night and if you do not like sushi they have plenty that you will like. Just let them know what you would like and if they can they will do it. Just ask the waitstaff or the manager on duty.

You will not be disappointed
