        OPC Marketing / Spitfire Dialers

        I have been using Spitfire dialers for a few years now. We currently use the Enterprise Predictive Dialer for our internal marketing. The system flawlessly transfers live callers to one of our account managers and then leaves messages on non-answers (answering machines).



        The system using beep detection for near flawless operation.



        OPC has really great and attentive support and customer service. Even after more than 3 years the same sales and support staff are still on board - a testament to the way they treat their employees.



        If you're considering any type of dialer (automated or predictive) i would highly recommend the Spitfire line. They are truly amazing.
