Customer service was great but body work is awful. Had to take my vehicle back in for a redo. There is weather stripping missing on my driver door which had damage to it and even after it was redone the inside door was loose, my inside door is missing screws where it is to be secured to the metal sheeting. They cut corners to save money and even broke my window during the repair process. I will NEVER use them again.

Never want to try another time. The manager was rude and cheated. Many damages to the car. Hope I had never had them do the painting. Stay away from this company.

I took my Nissan 300ZX to Maaco in the latter part of November 2013 to get a paint job and body work done. Overall it was an experience with both pros and cons. Ken was excellent in corresponding with me to make sure I was satisfied with the color I was getting. Initially the process was supposed to take a week but turned into a three week process with adverse weather conditions and me deciding not to take the vehicle after I wasn't satisfied with some of the aspects of the vehicle's paint job and body work the first time I was informed the vehicle was ready for pick up. The initial price quoted was around $1100 but after determining there was additional work that needed to be done the price escalated by an additional $150. I sent someone else to pick the vehicle up for me (my mistake) and discovered a few days later that my hatch on the vehicle will not stay open properly anymore. So now, I will be paying another mechanic to fix this issue as I feel it would be more time consuming to take it back to Maaco and have them to fix it. Overall the paint job is decent. Some of the paint is already chipping in a few places but nothing major. I was however very impressed that they managed to get the color I wanted right (lime green) and I definitely get several compliments on the vehicle since having the work done. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Maaco Addison (and Ken) did a great job repainting my Honda Accord plus some minor body work. They stand by their work! I was apprehensive at first since the price ($1200 - second from the top finish) vs. $3600 at the dealer or other shops. But, I was very, very pleasantly suprised at the results! Ken gets it right!

I took my Lexus here. I opted for Maaco's high end paint job and was very happy with the results. They even straightened the door trim and tightened other loses pieces of trim. Thanks Maaco!!

I took my car here after the hail damage that went on from a storm about a month ago. Julia and Brendan were the ones that helped me out with my car. They are really nice people. Before my car looked like someone hammered it....after the job was done it looked brand new!! Even better than before.... THE PAINT JOB WAS AWESOME.... i really recommend maaco to anyone because the work speaks for itself and you wont regret it. Thank you Julia and Brendan for your help i really honestly appreciate it.

Took my 1999 Camry there a few weeks ago...was very reluctant to spend $600 (let alone more) anywhere to get car painted. Could not be happier with the result! They even scraped off some polish off the back windshield...I never even mentioned it to them! Highly recommended!

I have used their services in the past. Their service is excellent. The pricing is reasonable for paint and body work. It's being 4 years since we took my daughter's car to the shop and the paint still looks new. The manager and employees provide excellent service and they work very hard. I recommend them.

I have used Maaco Addison several times and have found the workmanship to be excellent and the pricing to be quite reasonable for paint and body work. This makes a big difference when paying for repairs out of our pocket and not with insurance. Ros, the manager, provides excellent service and works very hard to keep the costs in line. I heartily recommend them.

I just want everyone to know that they did a great job they painted my daughters car and it came out great and was done when they said it would be done. I'm very pleased. Its a well maintained shop very clean and the people there take pride in there work and the customer service was fantastic. If your looking for a good job at a great price call them and go see them.

My 17 year old son is very meticulous about his car. I was told that great work was done here. I we had to drive across town to get there but we were very pleased with the work and would make the drive again!!

Julia and her husband made sure my car was fixed from an accident quick and fast. They actually arranged for my car to be picked up from "Toyota" and brought to them. They also helped with my deductible. Very reasonable. My car looks great now. They even fixed extra things on my car. I would gladly return, and I recommend them %100.

I will tell you that I called around many places just to have my radiator replaced and foudn these guys. Keith is ABSOLUTELY the most honest and nicest man. They beat the other compition by $200....treated me with respect.. I met the owner's wife...Julia..what a doll she is. You cannot find a better place than this.
