Overall
response to sully977

We appreciate Sully's review, and am sorry that his delivery was late. It should be mentioned however, that Berger Transfer only delivers the product and is three parties removed from the scheduling of deliveries for Mana. Doug at Berger never spoke with Sully at any time, and didn't lie about anything.

Berger Transfer values it's customers and stands strongly behind it's 100 years of service in the moving & storage, and home delivery business.

Please give us a try and see for yourself why Berger was chosen as Allied Van Lines "Agent of the Year" for 2010!

Overall
Delivery held hostage

I ordered a new stove out of New York. Within 4 days the shipment was in Chicago at Berger Transfer. Manna distribution services set up a delivery on monday December6th 2010 at between 0700 and 0900. delivery never left Berger Transfer. It was reset for the same day as an 1200 to 1600 delivery. It never left Berger Transfer. Berger transfer would not deliver on Tuesday, 12-07-2010. now I have a delivery time of Wednesday 12-08-10. between 0800 and 1000 hours. Doug in dispatch at bERger in Addison Illinois thinks it is a good Idea to hold a person property till he is good and ready to deliver the item.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I am an Ivestigator by trade..Berger Lies, Doug lies, save yourself some trouble!

NEVER DEAL with Allied Van Lines - Allied International - Berger

Use our experience dealing with Allied Van Lines - Allied International - Berger company and NEVER TRUST THEM TO TRANSPORT your belongings.

We relocated from Irvine, California, USA to Moscow, Russia.

Their Relocation Specialist Jim Wisdom, jimw@bergerallied.com, office 714-738-3044, cell 714-420-4293 guaranteed us 62 days delivery of our shipment.

They packed and picked up our belongings on July 16, 2010. Today is September 20, 2010.

After a trail of communication with:

- Anna Perez, Customer Service at Berger Allied, annap@bergerallied.com, phone 714-449-6680

- and Allied's Agent in Russia - company AGSFroesch RUSSIA, Angelina Buchenkova, Head of Import-Export Department, tel.: +7 495 916 99 61 ext. 207, Angelina.Buchenkova@agsfroesch.com

we were officially informed today, September 20 - more than 2 months since our boxes were picked up from our house:

"Let me inform you that the shipment left the USA on September 8.

Transit time to the port of entry Bremen is 3 weeks, transit time from Germany to Moscow is 3-4 weeks.

I will keep you posted.

Best regards,

Angelina Buchenkova"

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? - They kept our 35 boxes with warm clothing, toys, books, dishware for almost 2 months in the US! - I wonder what condition will it come? We should expect our shipment first week of November? - It can snow in Moscow. We won't even need warm fall clothing we're in desperate need NOW! ALL WARM staff for my 2 kids (I'm not even talking about myself or my husband is in that shipment). It's been quite cold this September in Moscow. 12C.

PEOPLE AT ALLIED VAN LINES - ALLIED INTERNATIONAL - BERGER and their agents have no idea what they are doing, what they sell, what they promise. Complete lack of professionalism.

Our story does not even have an ending yet...
