I was surprised bad reviews because we have had a great deal of work done here (also company vehicles) and not 1 bad experience. Even had a part that didn't work properly after it was installed and they did it again for free. Nice and very competent people, must have been a bad day for someone. They give a discount for Vets also. Great place in my humble opinion.

Where do I start? Quoted me $200 to put in an ac compressor I had bought, then charged me $234 after they put it in. They never tested it to see if it worked, indeed it did not. They told me afterward they knew that the part was no good, without even trying it. Just charged me the labor, I guess, to teach me a lesson. The other job was I asked them to drive it around the block to check out a rattle. They replaced the axle and told me that would fix the rattle. It did not. They admitted they never drove the car to check it out. Told me to bring it back in, but kept it a whole day and then hatefully told me they did not drive it. 2 days and $500 after they took it in, they did nothing to help me and I am at square one again.

My boyfriend bought a car from Ardmore and paid it off in full. No late payments. So we needed another vehicle, went to Ada and got a Jeep. My boyfriend started having health problems and called them. Oh the manager said No problem come fill out some paper work blah blah blah..He had 4 stints put into his heart and pnuemonia got out of the hospital. Yesterday he got a call telling him to come into the office..now it has been since November 2, that he was off work we got no check for 4 weeks from his company and then we got a $200.00 check..but everything with them was ok. He went into the office today and the manager demanded $300 cash by Monday or they were going to take the car. Now he just went back to work on Thursday and we arent due another check til next Friday. Not once did they call while he was in the hospital and having the procedure's done. Not once..but now..when he knows there is nothing coming in we have to have this money TODAY December 10 . But everything was ok before oh yeah we can wait til you get out of the hospital no problem..really? We paid $130 a week for 3 months faithfully than after 3 months it was $90.00 a week. Picked up 2004 Jeep Laredo and couldn't drive it for 3 weeks it was in the shop the engine blew up on it. But we still made payments on a car we could not drive, did not even have possesion of. but we still made payments..smh..Merry Christmas to you too jerk. We even brought 2 customers in for him by word of mouth. Last car we purchase from you..and will spread the word..his excuse? It has been too long..hmmmm. Update..my fiancee got a call last night. December 13. The car is sitting in our driveway..has not been driven at all since they said they were coming to get it. He has had to get rides back and forth to work since he is now back working again. It was the Manager's Secretary who called and started badgering him to "bring the car to them" since it was going to cost $125 to bring someone out here to pick it up. Really??? Oh they would make sure he had a way to get home after he dropped it off. Well good luck cause since we got it we have to have friends jump the battery to get it going.this past month.why? Because he was in the hospital and I could not afford a new battery. The manager lied, and was a huge jerk to him and now wants him to bring the car to them??? Not in this lifetime. I know he would end up stuck in Ada with no way home. Ada to Sulphur is a long long way especially for a man that just had heart surgery and pnuemonia. The company he works for finally paid us "some" of what they owe us.Trust Carmart..not on his life.Oh the drama continues. My boyfriend called a woman who he knew in Ardmore who now works for the company. After that call he got a call from someone who was supposed to be the district manager. The manager told him to go to Ada and he would meet him there. My man refused. He stated many times this man was nasty to him and lied why would he go back, so the District manager told him to go to Ardmore. The district manager stated he would meet him there. So Friday after working a 10 hour shift stayed up and drove to Ardmore, but who was sitting there?? The manager from Ada!! Who was even nastier than he was the first time. He asked to speak to the District Manager. They refused to let him call the District manager from the office..they refused to let him call him period and said if we wanted to keep the car to write a check for $500 or they were going to come and get it..Guess what you can keep the stupid thing..we don't want your car now..After being lied to numerous times by the District manager and the Office manager and set up the stupid thing is STILL IN OUR DRIVEWAY!!! We have called numerous times for them to come and get it..This aint Domino's we don't deliver!! Evidently Neither do you. Liars and thieves!! It's Jan 4 and still in our driveway..just sayin.
I actually rented a home from "Mr. Henderson" for a while in Byng. This was the WORST place I have EVER lived. The trailer itself wasn't in too bad of shape, the problem was in the property manager Charlie. He wouldn't let me have Mr. Henderson's phone number, he told me to never talk to Mr. Henderson as he was "busy" all of the time. Charlie broke into my house with NO written or vocal notice, lied about a fire in the back yard (we went home from the store to check on it and there was dead grass in the pit where he said the fire was), the neighbor was extremely creepy and thought he had business in my home as well considering we saw him outside our windows several times and he was constantly snooping around, and last but not least...when we went to move out (because the lease had already been broken by Charlie) he was already there IN MY HOUSE AGAIN, moving my personal belongings FOR ME. He also had a little 'helper' with him and me and my fiancé both heard him tell the guy to 'just throw it off the porch I don't care' and the guy was nice enough to hand it to me. Charlie is a horrible human being with a god complex and a little too far in peoples business. I'd like to add that we paid our rent every time, on time, we didn't damage the property any more than normal wear and tear, and Charlie & the neighbor also stole about $500 worth of electronics from our house while we were in the process of moving and also broke a window and tried to blame that on us as well. If you ever want to rent in Byng, make SURE it ISNT Henderson's or Charlie's!!!!!
I do not appreciate the fact that the branch manager told my granddaughter that she was approved on Friday and all she had to do was test drive the car and sign some paperwork and she would have a car. Then on Saturday he would not speak with us. The woman who spoke with us said my granddaughter was not approved without a co-signer. I told her I would do that and she said she would not approve it because that would put me in a tight spot to make the payment if my granddaughter did not. If I am willing to help her, then that is my business. I was very disappointed.
