BMC (Building Materials and Construction Services)

Our contractor ordered 9 windows form BMC for an addition to our house. We were promised they would be ready in 14 days but they were not ready until nearly 4 weeks had passed. Once the windows did come in the frames were built incorrectly and there was an air gap of over 1/8" at the top when the windows were fully closed and locked. After numerous calls and emails we were first told they would provide the supplies to correct them and discount the windows. However after trying to get the supplies for an additional three weeks we were told they were not going to stand by the windows and are still trying to charge us full price for a faulty product. We will be sending their windows back and working with another company in the future. This company has now cost us nearly three months delay over 9 windows!!
