My wife and I have eaten here plenty of times in the past and that is when the owner was cooking all of the meals... Not sure who they employed as their chef but at best when the owner isn't cooking the meals are just barely passable. Please train a replacement chef so that we can return to eat once again and support the area.
After traveling all day from LAX TO Atlanta with a 5 month old baby and my 13 year old we stopped here to eat on our way home. As usual the service was good but I ordered the veal picatta and was served chicken instead, which I don't eat. I simply asked my server to change it, then the idiot in the kitchen came out to try and convince me that it indeed it was veal, at which time I nicely informed him that I'm a chef and can tell the obvious difference. He continued to argue that I was wrong with me and then proceeded to tell me that if he made it again it would just be the same thing, I was furious because I DO NOT eat chicken and some people have food allergies, so if he's not careful he could make someone extremely sick or kill them even!!! Don't be a JERK admit you made a mistake and fix it... DO NOT try to convince someone that they are wrong when they can tell the obvious difference just because you don't want to loose money on an order you screwed up!!!! DID I MENTION IM A CHEF!!!! We will NEVER be back!!!!
I always get great service, and the food is always very tasty.

Last week, we placed a delivery order and not only did they get it wrong once, but they got it wrong TWICE. When I called to complain, the manager Chris not only never apologized for the error but was argumentative and acted like it was OUR fault. He even went as far as to call me back at MY house to yell at me because I understandably got upset. If you decide to order from there, be very wary because if they get your order wrong, the manager will not only not try to make it right but will be confrontational with you. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I've had a pretty bad experience with Papa Johns recently. I attempted to order online and the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. That's reasonable until two hours pass and you still don't have your pizza. I called and asked to speak with a manager, his response was that they have no control over the online system. I asked if it was too late to cancel and he said that the only way we could get a refund and complain was to email the corporate website. I proceeded to email the Papa Johns corporate website, not just once, but TWICE. This was over 2 months ago. I still have not heard a response. Papa Johns pizza is decent, which is the only reason why I gave 2 stars.
