Terrible doctors office. The office staff is rude, nurses will never call you back and if you ever see another doctor, they cast you out forever. Just horrible people. Save you child and go somewhere else.

I had an awful experience with this place. This was the first doctor that my son had seen since he was born, we moved changed doctors, and then moved back .. I decided it was time to go back to HIghlands Pediatrics since they were now back in out hometown. Plus I knew all of the doctors and staff, so I call to make my son an appointment.. and they tell me sorry he can't ever be seen here again. Once you leave our office you are not allowed to come back. So I stated you are refusing to see my child. You are refusing service to my child. I said he has new insurance we have a new address, Sorry, but he can NEVER be seen again at this office. WOW, How on earth can you operate a business like this. I will be contacting my insurance company to discuss my concerns as I clearly expressed them on the phone with the staff. Very Disappointed. Would not recommend. Its like they are stating, if you leave our office to get a second opinion DON'T COME BACK, Personally that's now how I want my child's doctor to be!
