The service at this location is horrible. For a new restaurant you expect slow wait times, but this location is horrible every day, every visit. I have tried multiple visits on different dates/times, but their service is always terrible. They have one worker taking orders and filling the orders, even on race weekend. There was one person in the back cooking and the managers seldom are helping or working. Just over seeing the understaffed crew at work. This bad service is directly related to Young and Associates cutting back on staff to save money, but they are only costing themselves business. I will never visit here again.
Time of visit: Aug 1, 2016, 7:35PM. I ordered a large vanilla Frosty. I waited at the drive-thru before a pleasant voice took my order. I received my lg. Frosty for $2.88 and proceeded to leave. When I had the chance, I removed the lid from the cup and to my dismay the contents had only been half filled. I was upset because I thought the cost was a little pricey from what I had remembered paying in my home town of Wise, VA. I had traveled too far to turn around. This was a RIP-OFF! At least I didn't have to worry about the added calories a full cup would have added up to. Another thing I noticed, there were no cars in the parking lot. Now I know why. Needless to say, the previous customers must have been shorted on volume of other items in the past. Next time I will......NO THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME! You only get me once. Slow and sad, I went to order via drive thru and sat there waiting for 8 minutes before someone finally took my order. Finally after receiving it they had forgot to give me my sauce. I parked and went in to observe the lady at the counter wrote taking orders and start helping make the food. Needless to say I just left without my sauce.
Service was poor and the place is in disrepair!
