Suddenlink Communications

Do not, I repeat, do not sign up for any services with this company. I had to give them 1 star because it was a review requirement. Internet and phone services are overpriced and they kept dropping almost daily. I had to reset my internet every time. When calling Suddenlink’s customer service I had to navigate through endless recording options to end up on hold for 30 mins or more for someone finally answering me and tell me how to reset my internet devices (really?) or getting disconnected while being on hold.

Stole my money out of my bank account

Worse internet service. Keeps going in and out. We have to constantly reset modem. Not much we can do since the only other internet service provider (according to Vertical Loop) with no caps in Xanadoo which is slower. I called customer service, which takes 10 mins to just talk to a agent, and they said they could send someone out but if they did not find anything wrong they will charge us $40.00. Well I refuse to pay $40.00 for them to reset modem. Need more internet providers here in Abilene, TX.
