Fontaine Apartments

The service is horrible, when I moved in the refrigerator handle was broken and all that remained was the jagged piece of metal. Instead of replacing the refrigerator with another one, they said they would find another handle. Months passed and they were unconcerned, even though they knew I had small children that could have been badly injured if they had attempted to open the refrigerator. I was then told they were unable to find something that would work and was instructed to "just use like it is". After several months the refrigerator compressor went out and spilled water out all over the floor and warped the linoleum. I had constant problems with the air conditioning and they never had an appropriate answer. Maintenance issues were either ignored or the office manager would say they "forgot". Don't move into this facility, it's old and run-down and they don't care about their customers.
