You will end up paying for bogus charges if you rent from this ghetto and unprofessional complex. My apartment flooded 3 times because they did not take the time or money to properly insulate the lines.
Well for starters the location is nice, right by the walmart and a few fast food places. The down side is the fence has been hit more than once from people getting off the highway. (they have yet to fix the fence from the last time.) The office staff is a bunch of college kids that are disrespectful and think their job is a joke and that's exactly how they treat it. There's ALWAYS a party at the pool, I'm talking 50 plus people, a loud DJ til at 930 pm, puke in and around the pool, the trash from said parties last a few days before its cleaned up. If you want a nice swim, you ll never get it here. There's only one trash dumpster for the whole complex and the area around it is so gross! People pile trash outside their door and leave it there for days. The amount of dog poo all over the grass is horrible. The credit card system to pay rent is down often making it hard to pay rent on your terms. When i moved in the apartment was extremely dirty. The place comes furnished and the furniture is all scratched and none matches. Lastly, you can say its a gated complex when the gate is never closed... Ive never seen the gate closed once, in almost a year.
Don’t move into this place!! The people that run Windsor Place Apartments are Big Assets LLC. Performance Management and they are pure crooks trying to squeeze every penny out of you.If you do decide to move in, please take pictures of every square inch of that old apartment building. I mean all the walls at close detail, all the trim, inside all of the drawers, inside the cabinets, and I mean every inch. When we moved out, they hit us up for everything. Well here is the real kicker, I got a new job with three months left on our apartment lease and I told them that I will pay until the lease is finished- no problem. Well we get our final bill and somehow we owe them $100 on top of the deposit. I call the people there at Big Assets LLC, to see what’s going and I owe money for painting the walls, cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the floors, and cleaning the living area. Well B/S I did a final walk through with a lady, she said the place looked great and pointed out a few areas. I cleaned them and I turned the keys in because I was moving to another city. The lady at Big Assets LLC said pay up and I said “no you’re ripping me off!” She sent me all the details of my bills. I look over them, come to find out that my water bill was the highest I have ever had in the three months that no one was living there. How is the possible?I try to call back and hear nothing, called five days in a row and I leave messages, nothing. Well then I have my fiancée call. Bam the lady picks straight up and starts talking to her. I take the phone and the lady’s attitude changed, I confronted her about all this b/s on my bill. She is mad telling me that she is the only one there and it’s busy because it’s tax season. I tell her that I’m not paying the cleaning carpet cost because I told her that my apartment flooded, which it did. She was like, “ok I will take that off because I know that has happened there”. The apartment complex had to know because they came in and replaced the broken water heater that ruined the carpets and still they put it on the bill. I told them that I’m not paying for the paint and she said look at the photos. I did, none of them are dated so who knows when they were taken and I tell her this, she says trust her, they’re up to date. There is so much more too, I wish I could go into more details.Long story short…… Don’t Do It……It’s not worth it, pay a little extra money and get a better place. It will be better in the long run.
