As a first time homebuyer, Shelly was very patient and willing to do whatever it took to find me the perfect home. She took me around to 6 different homes all in one Saturday morning to help me find my forever home. She was very great about explaining details of the house, submitting an offer, down to the last little detail of what I needed to do. I would highly recommend Shelly as a realtor to anyone looking for a new home.

I contacted Shelly about finding my elderly mother a home in Abilene. She was moving in from the farm after many years and needed a home that was suitable for her age and mobility issues. Shelly went above and beyond what we expected to find Mom the home of her dreams. Shelly was available no matter what day or time I called. She immediately responded to any text I sent, and if she didn't have an answer to my question, she searched until she found it. She was open and honest about all the houses we looked at, and we never felt pressured by her. She showed us MANY houses before Mom found the perfect one. Shelly was caring and compassionate to my mom and we deeply appreciated that. It was very hard for Mom to give up her home in the country, but because of Shelly, she has a new home that she absolutely loves! When my husband and I downsize in a few years, we will definitely be using Shelly and her company again.

The Kansas Real Estate Commission has completed the review of information collected in relation to Complaint File 18-021. After reviewing the information and documentation submitted, it was determined that there is no evidence to support a license law violation. Therefore, as of the date of this email, we are closing this file.

Shelly immediately understood my priority need to find a home that not would only meet my needs for an older home with original wood work, but also meet the very important need for my cat to have a screened in porch. All through the very difficult process of completing the requirements for a VA loan, Shelly was constantly on the mark for making the changes needed. Even when the VA Inspector had totally frustrated everyone, Shelly worked with the owners to complete everything required.

Shelly Crane is by far the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with. This time she was serving as my purchasing agent. We traveled from Texas and she was ready upon our arrival to show us several homes that fit our needs. She was even able to negotiate an early closing date to facilitate our children starting school on time. If you are looking for a real-estate agent, she is the best around.

Absolutely the best experience!!!! We had so many complications with the purchase of our home and Shelly was on top of them all. She really impressed us. Buying a home can be so stressful and she made it enjoyable for my husband and myself. We did not have to worry about anything. She is a power house and knows her stuff. Shelly gave 110 percent! There were several complications in purchasing our home but she made it stress free. She took care of all issues in a timely manor. Now we get to enjoy our dream home thanks to Shelly!

After my experience with this realtor, I would not recommend her to anyone!!! I have some real concerns about her business practices and she has had a complaint filed against her with the Better Business Bureau.

Shelly worked very hard to find right house for me. She researched homes in price range and was very frank about faults as well as high points. She is easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. Very important when working with so many different personalities. I highly recommend her for your real estate agent.
