Very nice in the service department. Had a hard time finding a part for my Honda but didn't stop till they found and fixed the problem. Super nice experience and respectable service department
Took our vehicle twice to 5 star to have work done. Both times they ran our battery dead while they had our car. The first time I had to buy a new battery cause it ruined the battery. That time I didn't say anything. This time they ran the battery dead AGAIN in which I had to spend a half hour last night entering in the security codes into our GPS/ radio to unlock it so it will work (this happens when the radio looses power as a security measure) well this morning the wife had a dead battery on her way to work, which she had to get a ride to work from someone and she was late to work. I called and talked to 5 star and all he said was "I don't know what to tell you, sorry" well we never run our battery dead and these guys have done it twice and ruined one battery and all they have no explanation. Didn't even make an attempt at a resulution for the issue our troubles. Won't go back to 5 star.
The Five Star Service Department is, quite plain and simply, the best. I make the minimum 2-hour each way drive from Seattle whenever my car requires service and/or repairs because I trust this service department implicitly. The service personnel here are professional, knowledgeable, extremely competent and to top it all off, they're NICE! Due to the fact that I depend upon my car so much, I want it cared for properly and with the Five Star personnel, I don't have to worry. It is more than worth the drive and although I have tried to find something comparable in the Seattle area, nobody else consistently provides the high standards and quality that these people do. I would recommend this service department to all without hesitation.
