Very nice in the service department. Had a hard time finding a part for my Honda but didn't stop till they found and fixed the problem. Super nice experience and respectable service department

Overall
High Pressure

I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Aberdeen Honda last weekend. My mother needed a car. I understand that high pressure is needed sometimes. This time it was not. I was embarassed for the behavior of the salesman who lied to us three times...constantly changing the price of the car...at first up by $2000, then asking what we would pay, then begging for "one more chance" ..then dropping it $200, but adding other things......and finally, literally, chasing us down the street when we left. Come on...either you can sell the car for what we'd like to pay, or you can't. I can respect your need to make a profit, can't you respect our intelligence? I was completely insulted by the way we were treated.

Drive to Olympia. It's worth it.
