        Overall

        GREAT customer service!! 10 phone calls later (from Invacare to everyone else) regarding a footrest for a mobility chair, Sidney at BP & S was sooo accommodating and went out of her way to get me all the parts I needed. I can't thank her enough! THIS is why you go to them folks--PERSONALIZED service!!!
