This was a truly exceptional car buying experience. I came on the lot to pay cash for a used A4. However, Frank gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision on leasing an A3. He explained the advantages of doing so, and why it was in my interest. I hate to admit it, but he probably could have sold me a more expensive A4 because that is what I was looking for when I stepped on the lot. Frank was exceptionally knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to match me to a car that fit my lifestyle and needs, rather than trying to sell me the most expensive model he could. To my delight, Frank did not subject me to any high-pressure sales tactics. He is a consummate professional. It is also refreshing to do business with a company that realizes it is in their interest to cultivate long-term, positive relationships with their customers, and keep them coming back. The more I drive my A3, the more I enjoy it. It is the perfect car for my. I didn't know that when I stepped on the lot, but Frank made me realize that it was a perfect fit by giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I wish more businesses acted that way. I did my homework on Audi before coming to the dealership, so I know what a great company it is. This is a AAA UNLIMITED TRUST repair show. That means, you take it there, you get the estimate, NO CONSULT IS NEEDED WITH AAA insurance, and they can do the body work and charge your AAA insurance whatever they say it costs !! We had taken 2 bumper repairs to them, both under AAA insurance. With the second front bumper issue, which was destroyed by a pylon hit late at night, they fixed it just fine with factory-spec parts and repainted it with a perfect color match. There was a hole in the back bumper and I asked if they would just use some of the leftover paint, mixed for the front bumper, and cover the back-bumper hole - NO Touchup, NO Problem, No Charge!! This is the first positive experience with fixing my car. We had a small accident and brought our car to them as they worked with our insurance. We created an appointment and were assigned to Guilermo and Sebastion. They consistently communicated with us, advocated our needs to the insurance company, coordinated with the dealership for some work and ensured all the work was completed in an efficient manner. When we picked up they detailed the car and greated us personally. We really like how they treated each car as a customer and collaborated with us to ensure we were satisfied. We would go back for any work.
We had to go up to SB for a wedding (school buddies). My friend drove us back to our hotel (designated driver) and "accidentally" "misjudged" a light post. She jumped the curb and the light post scraped the left side of "her" SUV. I was pretty hammered but I am pretty sure I would have missed that pole. Then all the fun starts... When we get back to SD, I file a claim with my insurance company - nightmare! They referred me to a few shops so I checked them all out online. I noticed this place has some good reviews, etc... and they are convenient for me so I left her car with them. Now I had to get a rental car (that I had to pay for) thanks to my amazing wife and her, as she puts it, "misjudging" a light post. Her car was done within a week (i left it on moday, picked it up on friday i think) and it looks fantastic. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for the rental over the weekend (on top of that she needed an SUV for the kids so that was even MORE expensive). All said and done, they did a great job on her car and I really felt they took care of me.
My wife and I unintentionally stopped by Audi San Diego during our Christmas holiday vacation on December 24th, 2016 to view an Audi Q5. I got into a five car accident on a intersection in chula vista one day. I was in the middle. I was hit from behind and got push into the car in front of me. My rear end got the most damage. Everybody knows that searching for a great body shop that is customer friendly and will take care of your car is a long and stressful process. So the searching begins for me. I started searching body shop that had reviews. All American Paint & Body came up and had a pretty good review. When I went to the shop, at first I was hesitant that they will do a good job but with all the certifications on their wall and very professional and customer friendly attitude. I was convince that they will take care of my car. Enrique the person who did my estimate was a great and friendly guy. He was easy to talk to and give you up date on your car as well. Over all a great company and highly highly recommend this body shop. They will get your car back to pre-accident and make your car looking good.
All American Paint & Body saved my car! I got into a nasty accident on the freeway and had damage to the front and back of my car, but there wasn't enough damage for my insurance company to right it off so they recommended I take it to All American Paint & Body. I really didn't have any expectations because I'd never had repairs like this done before but working with everyone at All American to get my car back on the road was a really terrific experience from start to finish. This auto body shop is exceptionally professional and they even called me on a regular basis to update me on the progress of my car's repairs. Three weeks later, my car is back in action and it looks fantastic. You would never know that the accident had happened. Thanks All American! I really hope I don't need auto body repair done again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling you.
First a little background: everyone at my work told me to take my car to amato's. these were all folks with porches, beemers and mercedes, so i took their advice for my audi TT. however, amato's could not match my paint (red) if their lives depended on it. i had to practically beg them to re-paint the car, which the did. but it still didn't match perfectly. the next time i needed body work done, i randomly selected all american paint & body from my insurance company's list of shops with 100% guaranteed satisfaction. WHAT LUCK i had that day in picking all american. they have been my only auto-body shop ever since -- almost 10 years, now. these guys do excellent work, they match my red paint perfectly EVERY TIME (red is hard to match), and they are the nicest people. don't waste your time going anywhere else. just go to all american paint & body.
I was very interested in Audi and visited Audi of San Diego a month before my actual purchase date. I had visited several luxury dealerships; however, none could match the same level of excellence as Dusan Licina from Audi of San Diego. I was very interested in looking at several Audi models and Dusan Licina went ahead and pulled out 5 different Audis and thoroughly explained each feature to me. I just purchased my first Audi (A7) at Audi San Diego and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision not just on the car, but also the outstanding service I received from my sales person Kasia and my Finance person Bill. Don't judge this book by its cover! BRU does not look like much from the street but Jack is the most informative and honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. Before accepting my car he told me exactly what he would look for, how he was going to troubleshoot, and best of all, he responded the same day (as he stated he would) with the results and to discuss my options. I chose to replace the alternator and his estimate (both cost and timeframe) were spot on. I saved over $500 for the same work performed at the VW dealership (Bob Baker) in Carlsbad 2 years ago! Goodbye Bob Baker.
