Best pharmacy in north county San Diego. Clean, quick and extremely accommodating. They understand that if you are in their shop... you more than likely aren't felling your best.... so they do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. I quit using the big chain pharmacies and have switched my family over. They even deliver! Everyone is super polite and knowledgeable. I have had the displeasure of OTHER pharmacies losing refills, filling the wrong prescription or worse just being plain rude. This is where Mercy is different. They are the "Norsdstrom" of pharmacies. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

From Business: CVS Pharmacy in Escondido, CA does more than fill your prescription drugs. You can buy stamps, household items and shop weekly specials on personal care, cosmetic…
This was one of the fastest best experience a person could have. The pharmacist went out of his way to help me. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
They are the very best people in the business. They treat me with respect while they are friendly and polite, courteous, but most of all conscientious. They get the job done with no sweat and they deliver free. Mercy is ahead of them all monitoring refills and faxing my doctor without my having to phone them. Scripts are done and delivered FREE. On the occasion when I go into the pharmacy, waiting time is less than 10 minutes at the most. No long waiting lines. Sam, the owner, is the best. He goes above and beyond in making sure customers get their medications with no sweat. The whole staff is dedicated to their customers getting their medications. Sue delivers with a smile, polite and courteous. I am blessed to have found these people and would never change pharmacies. Try them and you will be happy you did. Angela ZitoEscondido, CA 92025
Great staff, great service: this is a pharmacy that remembers your name and treats you with kindness. They really seem to care about their customers.
I've never been treated so kindly at a pharmacy before. The pharmacist and employee where very nice and helpful. They had an obscure medical product that no one else seemed to carry for a decent price. I will definitely be returning to this store.
This pharmacy goes out of their way to get you what you need! Always come through. Best pharmacist in town too!
Highly commendable! Great Chief of staff!
Wonderful people. Knowledgeable pharmacists that treat you like family!
WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!! They have turned out to be nothing but a NIGHTMARE! i went to them because they were recommended and very close to my house. It started being hell when I needed a refill and they needed Dr. approval on it, they wouldn't call my Dr., they made me call my Dr. just to tell him to call Drug Co. and my Dr. office takes lunch when i do! It ended up taking me 3 days to get thru, meanwhile calling Drug Co. to see if my Dr. office had called. On the 2nd day i decided to go in to Drug Co.,while standing there crying to them about how badly i need my medication, they told me over and over again that my Dr office still hasn't called, but they would sell me extra pills to hold me over. The next day i went to my Dr.'s office and found out that they in fact did call Drug Co. about 30 min before i went in there!!!! they lied to my face! Then when i went to get my actual prescription, they took the 8 out that they gave me the day before but didn't deduct the amount i paid for the 8 the day before and tried to charge me for them again. I had to go to my car and get the receipt to prove to them that i already paid for part of it! Then when i tried to get a refill on my hormones that i still had 4 refills left, they 1st tried telling me i had no refills left. After arguing with them and trying to explain to them that i got the prescription (good for a year) last June, It is now only April. And i have not gotten them filled every month, they said they would look into it and call me first thing in the morning. The fallowing day, after not hearing from them by noon, i finally called them again. They had found there mistake but failed to fill the prescription or call me. I informed them i wanted to go ahead and get a 90 day supply, as after 90 days i will finally have insurance. In the past i have paid $55 for 30, but for some reason they wanted to charge me $198 for 90, that is $66/month!! how does that work?! I told them that i was going to call Costco (where i used to get them) and see what they charge. Costco informed me that regular price for 90 days is $182, but with member discount, it's $170. I told Costco to transfer all my Prescriptions back. Then Drug Co. called me again to tell me they called Costco and got there pricing. They told me that Costco will charge me $210 for 90 day supply, but they will give me a deal and only charge me $195!! I them informed them that i called Costco (twice to be sure) and i found out the price already so there is no need for them to lie to me AGAIN!! I was only using Drug co for about 3 months, if even that. In that short time they have made my life a nightmare! I am a 30 years old, a cancer survivor, Endometriosis survivor, in full menopause due to full Hysterectomy, and i have no insurance & pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. The last thing i need is a Pharmacy that lies to me, tries to rip me off by over charging, and make it a 3 day nightmare every time i need a refills!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRUG CO. ON ASH ST. IN ESCONDIDO TO ANYONE!!! IF YOU USE THEM, AND PAY OUT OF POCKET, CALL AROUND FOR PRICES BECAUSE THEY ARE PROBABLY RIPPING YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! Costco is much cheaper than Drug Co.,or most pharmacies, and there is never a problem! They are fast, friendly, and stress free!
