Honored a previous purchase but wasn't easy. The storefront looks great. Staff is okay. The jolly ranchers they provide in their booths are cute.

Don't tan here. We only wanted one month. Got stuck with two months because you have to cancel one month prior. We were never told this! So tired of businesses ripping off people we DO NOT recommend this place very unprofessional
I agree with Horribles comment.....Employees are not trained well enough and left to fend for themselves....corporate management is a joke and could are less about their employees and they are also way overpriced for one tan....will not recommend to anyone....I guess thats why they hire teenagers so they can keep moving onto other employees instead of training the right people properly so they dont have the turnover and customer service they need...
I agree with the last comment. Melissa is incompetent. This company does NOT train their employees long enough (2 days) and then expects them to know everything in and out about the job. Managers do not answer their phones when you have questions or blow you off because they dont want to handle anything. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends. I give them no stars for lack of customer service!!!!!!!!!!
09/16/2013 ...UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE & POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. After a change of ownership and policy, the Tan Factory (Bodyheat Tanning) decided not to hold clients' lotions in-store anymore. Although nothing wrong with that policy in itself, they lost my lotion in the process (or perhaps gave it to some other customer) which cost $90.00 at the time. After several attempts and over a month of trying to get back a call from management and customer services, they brushed me off by stating that they are not responsible. I explained to Melissa (Customer Service Management) that I would submit a review on this ... and she simply didn't care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE & POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
I give this place zero stars. I had a membership last year which was cancelled mid last year. I have the email from corporate to prove that the account was properly cancelled and closed. Despite that fact, my credit card was improperly charged on April 1 for another month of tanning. I sent them the email last week confirming that I cancelled a year ago, and have spoken with employees in corporate for the last three days, yet they refuse to credit my account until "approved" by a supervisor. I cannot get a supervisor on the phone to get this resolved. I was forced to dispute charge with credit card company and to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Caution to all if you chose to give them access to your account. It may be a year or two later, and you may get unauthorized fraudulent charges on that account
Love this place!! My favorite tanning salon by far! The beds are awesome and this place is super clean with GREAT prices! I will never tan at another tanning salon again! Definitely recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed! :)

Ultimate is the cleanest most affordable tanning salon I've ever been associated with. Great beds, excellent staff and the Hydration Station. Thanks
