I would rate this post office 0 if I could. Colleen A. Is acted extremely inappropriate as she dropped off my mail. Yesterday she went insane because I was checking my mail upon her arival. She immediately starting honking at me and screamed "you're not the only one that needs your mail today". She proceeded to flail her arms around in frustration as I started to leave. When I drove by her vehicle she called me a b****. I contacted the post office and spoke with Richard "floor supervisor" and he said that the "incident" will be "investigated" but she will remain on my route despite her inappropriate behavior. I expressed my fear of her being in my proximity and her accessibility to my mail. This seemed insignificant to him. Im really disappointed by the way this Federal institution is handling my "incident".
Scam around delivering parcels at Apartments, only want to put paper in slots. Not only job. Need to deliver as stated on TV.
Sent important documents with original irreplaceable docuements to Immigration Office in Phoenix, this has been lost ever since it got there, on February 9th ! They have not responded with any news at all, what happened? It disappeared? Why not send it back to me, in whatever condition it is? Or do the belts chew up everything?? Incredible.. What a poor service. What can we do to get packages to an office across the US? Fly it ourselves?
Closed with no signage. I showed up on the Monday after New Year's Day and there is no signage for being closed. There is a sign that they're closed New Year's Day, but today is the 2nd and they're still closed. This Post Office services too large of an area. You would not believe the steady stream of customers that I see pulling on the locked door--probably one every 20 seconds
Manager is terrible. The ladies at the counter hustle to get people through, but an older gentleman at the counter helping people receive packages first claimed to not be able to locate my package and it wasn't until Mike the manager came to find it. Package was just an envelope with clear and precise tracking information connected to my tracking number and even emailed to me.
I run a business from home. I got here a month ago. First the mail was tossed. then it was suppose to be put hold. wasn't, resent in care of another address..did not get here, It is costing my business..I have never seen such a bad post office.
Rude service! This was just over the phone! I called to schedule an appointment for my passport and the lady asked when I needed it and I told her in less then two months and I continued saying I would pay the expedited fee to get it faster but she would not let me finish my sentence everytime I tried to talk. She talked very rudely saying that it takes two months and I tried telling her I know that already, I was just gonna pay for the expedited fee and she still continued to cut me off before I could say I would pay for the fee saying that she would not have an available spot for appointment until next month. She then suggested to go to a courthouse and I said Ok cool I did not know that. So she suggested 3 places and I picked one and when I tried to say Thank you, she hung up on me after I said "Thank." Learn some phone manners please! The one star is for suggesting a place to get it done at.
The guy at this place has no idea what he is doing when it comes to post office matters. I immediately told him I had to have a tracking # and he sold me shipping w/o one, then said he couldn't refund it. I had to go to the actual post office to get help. Then he copied the customs form, and charged me for that, when he should've given me the form for free. The place looks like it's abandoned because it's filthy outside.
UPS delivered a package to this office on Feb 6. It was supposed to be delivered to my home address. The packaged was never delivered to my home address. This office keeps it's phone off the hook---nothing but busy signals all day long. The main number is impossible to navigate to a human customer service representative. So, Maryvale post office continues to be unreliable.
Awful customer service. Have tried several times to call this morning - the phone just rings until a message says 'the machine is off'. Worst business practice I've ever dealt with.
