Simply awful customer service to the tenant. Our a/c has been out for 2 weeks. Today I took off work to meet the repairman, but he wasn't there to repair, only to verify what the first repairman found 2 weeks ago. Multiple phone calls have not resolved the problem. A visit to the office explained why; the office staff was argumentative as was the male owner. The female owner made promises of a temporary a/c unit which as yet are unfulfilled.Simply awful. Run (don't walk) away from this business.

This place is terrible save your money. Neighbors are really bad people you feel like they are going to kill you. Nothing ever gets fixed. Manager won't fix the laundromat doesn't work.
If you want to be treated like trash, then this is the place to go. The little short guy was in a mood and took it out on us. Never in our lives have we been treated this badly. These people are NOT professionals at all. I have a feeling all the good reviews were written by him and his staff. I am forced to gave a rating but if it were up to me I'd give them a -5. W. Freeman Property Management is the very best Property Management company that I have ever dealt with. I would recommend J. W. Freeman Property Management with the highest honors.Reading what few negative posts there are, it is very apparent that the poster is blaming the Property Management Company for owner issues, and further either has no concept of how property management works, or else is just venting sour grapes; they don't like the reality of how the world works so they will write a negative review.As I said, I have multiple properties under Mr. Freeman's management, my properties get rented, I receive my rent on time whenever possible (which is most of the time due to a true screening policy, as opposed to renting to whoever walks in the door), and repairs are handled in a timely manner. Even better, the repairs are of a high quality while being generally much more affordable than I could have contracted for them to be done myself.Mr. Freeman has a vested interest in seeing that the repairs are done, so to suggest that those repairs are not being done due to his management skills is laughable. You might as well suggest that the man is adverse to making money. More probable, either the repair is not necessary (while not adverse to making money, Mr. Freeman is not a con artist), the owner will not pay for the repair, or the owner has explicitly refused to make the repair. Mr. Freeman has no say in the matter to override the owner if the owner will not pay for or authorize the repair.The best advice for anyone looking to rent a property is to see the property, be aware of what your responsibilities are (i.e., having your utilities turned on and dealing with the utility companies), and understand that simply because the management company is the only entity involved that you can write a review of does not mean that everything that happens to you in life is their fault.I have dealt with bad property managers and good property managers through the years, both as a tenant and as an owner, and can solidly and honestly attest to the fact that J. W. Freeman Property Management is the best I have ever had the opportunity to work with.
okay so let me start off by saying this place is worthless, uneducated and immature place to ever do business with! So me and my fiance are renting a house from rental network, the first time we ever had an issue with the house Ana was completely rude yelling and cussing at me! I asked to speak to a manager and she called me back and apologized. So I decided to say okah fine. We just had an issue with them taking the rent out from auto pay and I had yo drive all the way to the westside to pay and the main owner man was yelling and making a scene at me in front of my daughter! I felt like there is no where I can go and no one I can talk to! Im writing this to let people kno how these people and this company is doing their business. Ana and him are so rude while he was yelling at me he was also laughing and talking at me. I cant wait to leave this place and never rent with them again!!!! I kno there may be some good reviews which are clearly not the tenants. I have never been treated this way, I dont even feel comfortable to stay at this house which I am paying 1000 dollars of my money to these people that obviously dont care about us!! I would rather pay to break the lease than pay to RENTAL NETWORK!

I have never had any major issues with this place. Every time i have called for someone to come out they would be there the same day or the next morning. I have had issues with them coming out saying they will be back the next day and not coming back. Other than that They have been great. They even worked with me on getting a house while i was out of state.
