My family and I were victims of hurricane Harvey which we lost everything we own including our vehicle went to Buffalo Auto Sales purchased a 2010 Chevy Camaro gave them my last $2,000 down drove the car for about a week engine blew up on the side of 59 I payed to have it towed back to the shop to have it repaired they repaired it charge me $1,000 for the repairs which I have to make payments to them on top of the car payment plus the insurance got the car back 2 weeks ago car was still running bad took it back too get looked at again they refused to look at it here it is only been with the car now for about a week something is wrong with the motor or transmission again car blew up on the side of 249 this time I live in Missouri City left the car parked at the gas station there's no way I'm paying to have it towed back Buffalo Auto Sales or to my I'm really angry that this was a waste of my money and the people that work there just want your money and don't want to help you get a reliable vehicle vehicle been dealing with the manager while the repairs were being done he assured me that they fixed everything I knew from the day I picked the car up that is still wasn't running right call several times I took it back out there they refuse to look at it just take advantage of hard good working people everything is just about money money money now I'm without a car and no money for another down payment

Horrible I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and did not have it for 24 hrs it broke down I called the manger they sent a wrecker service out when I went to pick the vehicle up the gas lid was missing and the owner said I bought it as is and I was responsible for the towing and the repair.The very next day I drive to work and its broken again bill is going to be 350.00my problem but I have not even had a chance to enjoy the vehicle I asked for my money back and was told no.the first bill was 180.00.What type of business is this well see you guys in court .If life gives you lemon then drink lemonade or drive it
We bought Nissan Versa 2009 here, I drove only one day and it appeared that the transmission is totally dead. Also I got checked at auto shop and it happens to have 3 or 4 problem with transmission though my agent at this dealer shop named Alan told me what the car had passed the inspection.....I have just one big question HOW? Also need to change a speed sensor, a transmission shift sensor and a transmission stepper motor. Definitely won't be back and won't recommend anyone to buy a car here.

I just purchased my first product from them, but out of the 5 Kawasaki Dealerships that I requested a quote from for a Kawasaki Mule 4x4 Pro Ranch Edition, this was the only dealership that bothered to email me a quote back with a price. Then when I got there they treated me like I was an old friend. After making the purchase with the addition of one extra add-on, they even gave me almost $2k off list and got me a real good finance package with no money down. I was very impressed and pleased with them from the owner/manager to the really nice lady who handled all the finance details. I really think God was looking out for me :). I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I would even give them one start only because we have to on here do not and I mean DO NOT buy any kind of car or truck from here we bought a jeep commander not even 3 months ago and had so many problems with it and to top it off we took to a mechanic and to be told it's a FLOODED vehicle they claim that they check their cars before they sell them but they're liars they always have an excuse for everything and they never want to be wrong they keep on arguing with this like they are right when we are telling them and they want us to still make a payment even though the car is crap so do not and I mean do not buy any kind of vehicle from this company and I am going to report them to the news that way the news knows to report it because how can they do that to people !!!!!!

I purchased a Ford F-250 diesel. Rick was my salesman and needless to say he claimed that he would change the cracked windshield and take the truck to be inspected and never did. As I drove off the property I noticed that they had taken a permanent marker and colored over the check engine light so that you couldn't tell it was on and the abs light stayed on. I notified Rick immediately and he stated to bring it back and they would have a diesel mechanic look at it but they would send it to another shop... Just another lie! I took it to a shop and so far the 02 sensor needs replacing, someone cut the exhaust pipe so the air is not flowing properly. The tires have been plugged but what's sad is that the vehicle had been in a major accident so when someone is behind you your vehicle is driving side ways.There is a knocking sound when you turn on the a/c, purchased a replacement grill and found out they used zip ties to hold the old one all fluids were low! Can't wait for KARMA to kick in!
