Although the employees at the front counter are very nice and helpful - none of my mail makes it out of there. I had a gift card mailed to my sister for her birthday - never made it! My boss also gave me a shipment to return, dropped it off at this post office - never made it back to its destination. Coincidence or something strange going at this location?

While I can understand the ire of the previous poster, I've never had this problem. Yes, the lines can get long, yes, the lines move slowly. It's a post office. They didn't get that reputation for nothing. That being said, the reason the lines move slowly is that, for every time I've been going to this location for years, the ladies behind the counter give each individual customer her full attention and isn't trying to speed the line along; rather is taking care of each person fully. I appreciate that more than a faster line, because eventually, I'll be the person she is taking care of.
I can't get anyone to answer the phone and track a lost package. They put you on hold forever and I can't answer their survey until someone answers. It's incredible the wait they put you. I been waiting for a hour and nothing. This has to improve.
Locations 3836 S. Gessner the older guy that had the long beard and ponytail is horrible!!!!!!!!!! He called me "girl" spoke with a terrible attitude and wasn't helpful at All! Employee mentioned he doesn't care about the USPS or the government because he's leaving the company with retirement checks. Location 8728 Beverly Hills employees are lazy,they lack any skills for having an attentive attitude for customers. The women at the counter went to the back didn't ask if I needed help before she left for 5 minutes. Mean while as a first timer I had no clue how to mail my packages. No help I felt like I was in a foreign country and couldn't speak English. Then there was the Rogerdale location where I should have went from the beginning. Ms. K was wonderful very helpful! Not sure if she was new but she was just what I needed after the other horrible experiences at the other locations. Thanks Ms. K!
This is THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE ENTIRE USA.Absolutely pathetic. The manger over there tells carriers to skip routes. Some days they don't even deliver the mail to my apartment complex. Today the carrier came after 6:30PM!!!!!

customer service said there are no supervisor at that time early at morning there are on a meeting. Still waiting for the call. MY complain IS that i received mail and is not even my.... address so different who ever is doing the job is getting paid for somenthing is not done right. Worst customer service ever ! Usps needs to fire all the employees in this location. Everytime i go here, they are rude! I dropped off a package and she just threw it than said "next!" I asked her for a reciept, she told me i had to go to the side door for a reciept. So i told her nevermind. And as i walked away. She said "yea cuz i don't got time to be printing out reciepts." I don't understand how you can work some where and not give exceptional customer service when you work in customer service! Next time i will video tape!
I have a package stuck in transit there for 11 days, and it is not the first time. It is a part for a fan I need NOW. There are employees working there that cannot read or comprehend the English language. What a glorious mess it is there and getting worse.
Worse post office ever..rude,unorganized and take forever to answer the door after you ring it .i hate this place!
