This location is awful! We just purchased a new home and have been trying to get our address recognized by the USPS for over 2 weeks now. Every time we go in, no one seems to have a clue and the paperwork we submitted is sitting in the same place as it was before. This location will not even answer the phones when you try to reach them. I hope no one sends us anything important, this post office sure isn't in any hurry to help us receive our mail.

If I could give a total 0, I would!!! My packages that say they have been delivered, multiple packages different days, are still M.I.A. I have called and called all they say is they'll talk to the carrier!!! So unprofessional, and need to take their damn time to make sure they're putting items where they belong! Lived here for five years and still having problems! SMDH
These mail carriers are total useless, my package said it would be delivered on 6-26-17 and it's stating from their own system, well did not get delivered I caught the mail carrier he said he had no idea were my package is and reason why he doesn't know is because he's a full in for today because he does another route and he doesn't know these streets , I'm thinking what in the hell that have to do with delivering my package ??? You found my street just fine delivered some other mail but has no idea were my package is and his reason he's a fill in and not from this area and doesn't know the streets , DOES THAT MSKE ANY SINCE AT ALL , once again usps can not do their job at all they are all illiterate and bunch of lazy idiots in my book ! I wish ups or FedEx delivered mail they would do a lot better job !

Lately we've been having neighboring businesses receiving our mail and they are nice enough to deliver it to us. It is unfortunate that this seems to be an unsolvable issue for them; we have not received water bills a few times, and the water company took it upon themselves to send out petitions to try to get them to get it together. It worked for a while, and now they're back to the same old game. Get your stuff together, people! We need to be receiving our mail!
A week and a half of vacation mail was to be delivered on Saturday. This is Monday afternoon the mail is still at the post office, although regular mail delivery has been resumed. Email confirmation from USPS said they would deliver it. Well, at least they did answer the phone on the second attempt, were courteous, and verified that the vacation mail was still there so I'll give them 2 stars.
During icy weather last month we didn't receive mail for three days. Guess their mantra isn't we deliver through "rain, ice, sleet, or snow" anymore. Customer service stinks and the lack of urgency by the workers is unacceptable. I have a tracked, time-sensitive package that has been sitting in their facility for three days without any movement. Tried to call and no one answered the phone.
Poor Customer Service..Can never get through as if the employees purposely leave the phone off the hook.And when you go get through they put you on hold and never pick back up!
Terrible customer service. Driver was too lazy to knock on door. I was home. UPS and FedEx are truly grateful for drivers like this.
