Best salon around! I’ve had service from Holly and Noel and both girls did great. They are friendly and explained the process to me each time they did my hair. They recommended products to me and each time I went I left happy with how my hair turned out.
Wasted 2.5 hours getting my roots touched up and highlights just to see in my lights at home that my roots were the same! Called to have them fix it…

All of the stylists at Studio Bella are experienced and do wonderful work. I have seen different girls since I can't always pre-book and need in ASAP. They are all amazing!

This was a horrible experience. The stylist Summer was 15 minutes late for the appointment. The lady there are the time was saying she was "late all of the time". My daughter had a game at 1:30. She assured me it would be done no later than 1:15. When I came back to pick up my daughter 3 hours later she had just started the color. Needless to say may daughter missed her game. In tears in the chair I just felt horrible for her. When I complained the lady was horrible and snotty to me. The true measure of any business is how they treat their customers. Believe me when I say... complain of the service there and you will not be treated well. Horrible business!

Was told they would not fix it for several days and refused to refund my money so I could go somewhere else. I was told the only one in the whole company that could issue a refund was the GM and she wouldn't be in for at least two days! Either the girl was lying or that is the worse business model I have come across to date. Would never recommend them to anyone.
I absolute LOVE this place. The decor is vintage and eclectic and really fun. But most importantly, my stylist Michele is AMAZING. I can not stress how good she really is. And not only will she do a really good job on my color and give me a cut and style that I will get many compliments on, she carries and offers an ORGANIC CHEMICAL FREE COLOR option that covers my hair and grays better then any conventional color I've applied in the past. It smells wonderful while she is applying and leaves my hair looking and feeling better then ever. As far as I know, she is the only stylist in the St. Louis/St. Charles county area that even offers the Organics Color Systems products. Make sure if you go, you ask for Michele. Each stylist rents their own space and she is the only one that offers the organics line. It's wonderful!!

It's a shame this salon is so awful, because it really is adorable. the decor is fun and unique, lots of vintage, rockabilly pieces. i thought it would be the perfect place to go for a professional but alternative style. i was very mistaken.-my color was about three shades darker than the stylist and i had discussed. i could live with this, however, the dye job itself is spotty and translucent, not bright and vibrant. you can see through it to my natural color and there are missed spots everywhere, especially around the neck. -the cut is shapeless. a straight across box line on the bottom and some chunks where she got out the "texturizing" sheers when i asked her to make it "less boxy". the only way to hide the uneven weirdness is to wear it curled, which is just impractical and limiting. -i contacted the salon owner in hopes that she would be helpful and assist me in fixing my color at the very least. after a round of telephone tag, i was told through a voicemail she didn't have time to help me because she wasn't going to take away any time from her clients. (I feel if you OWN the salon, you should feel a responsibility for the satisfaction of ALL the clients in the salon, not just the ones that pay you directly.) She was very rude and unfriendly.-I'm halfway certain i was charged for a cut and style service, which i did not receive. my hair was cut and dried, but there was no styling to speak of. my hair was dried with fingers, rather than i brush or comb, which i found very unprofessional. however, i didn't receive a receipt for the services and paid in cash, so i have no "proof" and the receptionist is apparently the owners daughter.-lastly this salon is unprofessional. while i was sitting through my color, the stylists were opening talking about another women's weight "problem". there is nothing worse than leaving a salon and feeling like the stylists are talking the same way about you. also, the stylist was uneducated about the salons products, when i asked basic questions about the shampoo she tried to sell me, she didn't know the answers, and didn't offer to find out.all in all i wish i'd taken my money elsewhere. i was hoping i'd found a genuine alternative salon but they seem more concerned with getting clients in and out than ensuring they're doing quality work. worst of all, the owner seems to have no pride in her business and client satisfaction.
I had my hair cut and highlighted by Samantha Lanier and she did a fantastic job. I would recommend Lulu's & Samantha to anyone wanting the best hairstylist.
Don't EVER let GINA do your hair. She is the new manager that fired all of the good employees and hired all beginner hairstyists that don't know what they are doing. Gina is the one that did my hair and totally screwed it up and wanted me to pay to have it fixed again after I already paid, she also tried to use a used brush on my hair right after someone else was using it which is discusting. She then told me not to come back into her shop if I didn't like the way she did it. Don't worry I will NEVER go in there again. Horrible experience.
