Went to see this fool and every person on this listing that I've called... Does not answer or call back... I just called him and he said he was in the hospital. I had someone else to call and he's perfectly fine... Not only did I waste $90.00 to go see him but an additional $20 to get there... Smh

Mr. Smith is so unprofessional. He hung up the phone on me when I was trying to explain to him that I didn't have any luck in finding a apartment with the listings he gave me. He requires a $90 non-refundable fee for his services. He doesn't even provide any services. He just gives you a listing and then you go about your way. The listings that he gives are literally listings he took from newspapers or websites like Trulia, Zillow, and Craigslist. It's the same exact ones. When I told him I really needed help he wasn't trying to listen. He hung up the phone and was talking in a rude loud manner. Don't waste your money or time on Mr. Smith. He's not any type of help. I was under the impression that he actually actively helps you find a place to live but he doesn't. He doesn't even call you to check to see if your apartment search is going well. He just cares about the money. Don't waste your money on him like I said. You'll be better off looking through the newspaper or on the internet. The listings he has are all from the internet anyways. And also his office stink. He snokes in his office. Smells very terrible. A total scam artist he is.
Apartment Source is a great company to work for. It seems they suffered from a rash of bad reviews from poor management back in 2012, but this is an honest company that is looking out for their tenant's and landlord's best interests.
My property manager Kurt couldn't have been more responsive. Both my washer and dryer quit working late one evening and Kurt had the repairman in my place the next morning and the units were repaired that day. Because of several events, I had to move 8 months before my lease was over. As a result, I contacted Kurt to learn my options. He outlined several of them, so I chose to re let the unit. I paid Kass one month's rent to take care of all the marketing, showings and applications. Within less than a month, they had a new tenant sign to take over in January. I highly recommend renting from Kass!!

Michael Meaden is a fraud. He showed us a condo suggesting it was available to move in March 1st. We applied and paid the application fee. Then 2 days before the end of the month he informed us that the place would not be ready until the 7th of March. Michael later texted us “The condo wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 weeks, Good luck”. He refused to refund the application fees or even communicate effectively with us. We hired a lawyer and reported him to the state board. I won’t stop until I get his license revoked.
