I would be very embarrassed to be the person managing this post office! Waited almost 2 hours to turn in my passport application with only 1 person in front of me. I'm somewhat handicapped and could work quicker than the people here that don't care about wasting the general public's time and money. Shameful
Negligent mail delivery. Failed to fulfill restricted delivery as I paid for. Certified receipt came back with a scribble and no printed name. Makes me question who did the mailman give my mail to. Jacqueline Sanchez, the postmaster did not even bother returning my phone calls to resolve the issue. Maybe it's time for her to be replaced by somebody who cares.
If I could give 0, or even negative stars, I would. Unfortunately that's not an option. I have never had such rude, unhelpful, unprofessional people in a post office in my life. Just terrible customer service. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this place.
I was standing in a line where it was end of the day ppl were exhausted bt still wrkg hard and smile on the face and not rude at all like schaumburg usps..they were horrible....I like Mary taking ppl and helping them, there was guy who was under training awsum customer service he was giving out being new happy and smiling... Forgot name of the one of the Lady wrkg there she was African American and i had a huge address mess up after Changing the address online..so she sd she doesn't hv access so she hand me so nicely telling to supervisor who was lady forgot her name she helped so kindly and nicely and resolve my problem very quickly without being frustrated... Loved her and all ppl wrkg there that day...
