I think they need to learn how to treat employee's. It's dirty in there, workers are lazy, always want to be on the phone.
They stopped me when I got through and "towel dried" my car with soaking wet towels so it really wasn't dried at all, then when I tried to pull away I was stopped and told it was an extra $1 for the towel dry. My car has quite a few dirty places still and is covered with water spots.
Have gone to this car wash for years! This morning I went and spent $20 on coins and inserted 6 coins in two different bays and none of the equipment was working. Tried calling the phone number but it was nonexistent! Very upset!!
Equipment didn't work. No working phone number. Machine took my money with no wash. Very upset.

They worked hard on the car, scrubbing the under-carriage & tires, drying, buffing, etc. My car was sparkling and still is even after the rain showers this evening. Try them out when you're over by 12 & Groesbeck.
I brought my Ford Fusion to H20 car wash and I have never seen it this clean since I first purchased it! I have used both the bays and the automatic and can tell you that they are fantastic. The automatic may take a while with the more extensive washes but the finish is defiantly worth the wait. The vacuums are nice and some come with this nice scented spray you can use in your car. There is a dog wash which seems like a neat idea so I might bring my Labrador their in the near future. Overall this is the best car wash I have ever been to!
Very good job, employees are well mannered. Communication Skills are lacking but the authority isnt abused. Very Good Winter Job also.
